Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to deliver high-quality visual storytelling through video production.

Key responsibilities include managing video projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest standard of quality.

As a key member of our creative team, you will collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines, including communication, content, design, and events.

**Responsibilities**

**Technical Delivery:**

- Manage small-scale shoots and multi-crew, large-scale productions.

- Develop pre-production skills, including storyboarding, shoot planning, and management.

- Excel in video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.

- Demonstrate proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and other post-production tools.

- Ensure a cohesive narrative and visual style across all video projects, adhering to brand standards and creative direction.

**Video Operations and Management:**

- Plan and deliver multiple video projects of various sizes, demonstrating resourcefulness and dedication.

- Provide quality assurance on all video content before delivery to clients.

- Manage video studio operations, processes, and equipment.

**Service Delivery:**

- Demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborating with teammates and liaising with clients to ensure clarity and alignment across all phases.

- Thrive in fast-paced settings, multitasking effectively while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, all while maintaining high-quality work.

**Requirements:**

- Be an Australian citizen at the time of application.

- Have an AGSVA Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one.

- Have 3 - 5 years industry experience as a cinematographer and editor.
