Role Summary

As a Community Health Dietitian, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nutrition and dietetics services to individual clients and groups.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will use person-centred approaches and evidence-based practices to deliver effective care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with chronic diseases and other health issues.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing clients with chronic health conditions is essential.

You will also need to be a member or eligible for membership of the Dietitians Australia and Accredited Practicing Dietitian Program.

Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meeting the requirements of the immunisation policy are must-haves for this role.
