Job Description

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and supporting projects, programs, and events across both campuses. This includes:

  • Developing and managing communication campaigns to engage students and stakeholders
  • Analysing data to inform improvements in student experience and reporting findings to key stakeholders
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners

This role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks and deliver accurate reporting and analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in project coordination, student experience, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and deliver accurate reporting and analysis
