Seeking a highly skilled ICT Sourcing Specialist to join our procurement team for a 12-month contract.

The Program Manager requires a strategic sourcing specialist to lead procurements and manage vendor relationships, ensuring commercial agreements are delivered in line with departmental policies and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including contract negotiations and commercial deliverables;
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks to effectively manage third-party delivery providers;
  • Conduct commercial analysis, reporting, and make recommendations on IT projects;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies.

**Qualifications & Experience**

  • Senior-level experience in corporate or large-scale ICT project environments;
  • Proven expertise in vendor and commercial management, with strong relationship-building skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Demonstrated ability to draft contracts, activity scopes, and business policies;
  • Understanding of collaboration tools, such as Jira, and Contract Management Systems.

**Education**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Project Management, Commercial Law, or related fields;
  • Desirable certifications, such as Project Management, Contract Management, or Law of Commercial Contracts.
