The Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns, products, and information to enhance passenger experience.

This role interfaces with various departments including Customer Experience and external stakeholders to ensure their communications expectations are integrated with our channels.

  • Develop and implement a yearly marketing channel plan aligned to strategic marketing pillars, identify target audiences, objectives, and benchmarks for each channel's performance.
  • Monitor operational data and customer feedback to identify issues that can be addressed through tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Develop campaign briefs for external agencies and manage them to deliver campaigns addressing operational and safety issues.
  • Establish performance measures for each campaign to assess its effectiveness.
  • Ensure all campaign messaging is aligned with our corporate narrative.
  • Advocate for our needs and perspectives in developing passenger and public campaigns.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to address employee issues through marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and possess excellent project management abilities.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required. Relevant work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
