The Role

A technical leader with a strong agile mindset is required to drive multiple teams' deliveries and improve their agile processes. This includes collaborating with Product Owners, Technical Leads, stakeholders, and other teams.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the delivery of multiple teams to production, coordinating across teams and backlogs.
  • Planning and distributing work, managing estimations and workload forecast with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all quarter milestones are planned, analysed, blockers & dependencies are managed, and keeping open communication between teams.
  • Motivating the team and promoting collaboration with other teams.

Your Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience mentoring and coaching Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering software as a Delivery Lead / Scrum Master in a technically complex environment.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to report on key metrics effectively.
  • A passion for continual improvement and experience working in a highly transactional distributed architecture.
