The Regional Sonography Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of sonography operations across multiple sites. This leadership position demands exceptional clinical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and a deep understanding of team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care, clinical quality, and team performance.
- Collaborate with site and national leaders to drive service improvements and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead training sessions, mentor staff, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
- Manage resource allocation, rostering, and recruitment to ensure seamless operations.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience as a Sonographer.
- Strong general and advanced sonography skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
