Lead Clinical Trainer for Sonography

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Trainer to join our innovative team.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a sonographer who enjoys blending clinical expertise with education and leadership, delivering training programs that drive exceptional outcomes.

  • Developing comprehensive training strategies to ensure student proficiency in medical sonography
  • Overseeing 1:1 clinical training to postgraduate student sonographers, focusing on skill progression and workflow optimisation
  • Coordinating student diary management using RIS systems, ensuring seamless communication between students and supervisors
  • Maintaining continuity in training and supervision, providing feedback on student performance and professional behaviour

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A graduate diploma or master's degree in medical sonography, accredited by ASAR
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical sonography, coupled with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching
