About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Influence Group (BIG) on an ongoing, casual basis. As a support person, you will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planogram development, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with Grocery personnel and store teams.
  • Create and maintain high-quality planograms in stores.
  • Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone.
  • Adhere to BIG's Relay Standards and Ways of Working.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a grocery or retail environment, with a strong preference for grocery experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
