We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Store Management Team to deliver exceptional store presentation and visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying and interpreting Instore VM Guidelines to ensure consistency across all stores
  • Identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales in conjunction with the Store Management Team
  • Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
  • Assisting the Windows Team with installing Window & Instore VM Concepts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team in a high volume turnover store
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's & budgets
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
