Visual Merchandising Role:

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Queensland Team. As an Area Retail Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Store Management Team in implementing the Instore VM Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying and interpreting the Instore VM Guidelines
  • Identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
  • Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
  • Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing a team in a high volume turnover store
  • Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's & budgets
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
