Job Title: Medical Receptionist/Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client services, including scheduling requirements and changes, client service agreements, and organizational processes.
  • Liaise with clients to implement agreed services, ensuring timely delivery and effective relationships.
  • Provide administrative support to consultants, assisting in preparation of medical files and coordinating report production.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and internal staff, promoting excellence in quality and service.
  • Perform reception duties and respond to client inquiries regarding report status, invoicing, or other matters.

You will establish robust relationships with all stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Positive, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful approach.
  • Experience in case management practices is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent client service skills, both internally and externally.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a group environment.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and computer literacy skills.
