Client Services Associate

We're looking for a reliable and eager professional to join our Client Services team. As a Client Services Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Services, this role involves supporting client care and onboarding functions.


The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or client services, preferably with a tertiary degree in business or an associated discipline. You'll need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Responsibilities will include completing the onboarding process for new clients and counterparties, performing AML/CTF checks and KYC due diligence, and ensuring sign-off and control around all static data changes with relevant approvals.


This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, has a helpful attitude, and is comfortable with autonomy and new tasks. If you're interested in learning new skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
