You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:

  1. Installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance of automated banking machines, cash recyclers, coin recyclers, cash express systems, cash redemption terminals, and electronic funds transfer point of sale systems.
  2. Attend and resolve assigned service requests in a timely manner.
  3. Complete accurate and detailed service reports, including update notes, closing notes, and parts used.
  4. Maintain suitable stock levels in company vehicles to ensure part availability when attending service calls.
  5. Escalate and discuss unresolved issues, service improvements, and enhanced operating techniques with your line manager.
  6. Maintain a professional presentation and demeanor while delivering quality service to all customers.

About You

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Technician.
  2. Experience in the automated banking, gaming, and electronic funds transfer industry would be highly regarded.
  3. Friendly team player.
  4. Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications, with fees covered by the company.
