Identity and Access Management Expert

As a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert, you will play a key role in securing our organization's full identity lifecycle. This includes configuring, maintaining, and enhancing access solutions to ensure least-privilege access is adequately controlled and governed across our complex IT and OT environments.

  • You will be responsible for configuring and managing Microsoft identity tools and platforms (e.g. EntraID, Authenticator).
  • Design and implement solutions to manage identities and access controls across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Identify opportunities to automate components of the identity lifecycle (user account creation, modification, and deletion processes).
  • Monitor and audit privileged access activities.
  • Implement SSO solutions to streamline user authentication.
  • Configure and enforce MFA to enhance security.
  • Document patterns and designs.
  • Contribute to the development of identity governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into development and operational processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience with IAM/PAM solutions (Entra, Saviynt, CyberArk) or similar.

Proficiency in cloud security tools and platforms (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center).

Skills in integrating secrets management with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools.

Ability to automate identity management processes.

Understanding of cloud security and identity management.

Skills in languages like Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash.

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.

Understanding of encryption technologies and key management practices.
