Job Overview

We are seeking a Security Consulting Leader to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

This role involves working with customers and partners to develop technical expertise and capacity, and collaborating on key customer engagements.

AWS consultants will manage key customer relationships, deliver security advice and architecture guidance, lead proof-of-concept projects, and deliver customer engagements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/cyber security, security or compliance and security risk management, including privacy, controls, etc.

Solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts, technologies and/or workload transition is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering strategic security services and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and success
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

In addition to these requirements, it's beneficial to have experience working in cloud environments, knowledge of compliance regulations, and familiarity with AWS security best practices.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, as you will be working with sensitive information and confidential data.
