Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions?

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring the integrity of our software solutions under development.

As a key member of our Operations Team, you will work closely with our Project Manager to define test strategies and plans, manage test activities, and generate reports to communicate testing progress and quality to stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining and managing test activities across multiple streams of delivery
  • Generating reports on testing progress, results, and quality
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback and recommendations
  • Ensuring alignment with software release goals
  • Undertaking system testing as required
  • Supporting pre-sales efforts, including estimating and proposal writing
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for systems and processes
  • Ensuring adherence to security frameworks and standards

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field (diploma level qualification)
  • At least 4 years of hands-on test management experience across the entire testing lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience creating and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Agile methodology (Scrum) experience is required
  • NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
