Structural Engineering Opportunity

This is a challenging role for a Structural Engineer to lead projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, attending meetings and inspections, and acting as the first point of contact for design coordination and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical delivery of structural projects including commercial buildings, residential developments, fit-out, aged care and educational facilities.
  • Client-facing role with autonomy to deliver technically challenging projects.
  • Project costings, monitoring project performance and budget ensuring key dates are met and projects remain on track.
  • Mentor junior team members in project planning and time management.
  • Contribute to technical development across the Structural section.
  • Develop business development skills, including proposal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a structural engineering consultant.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering and CPEng certification.
  • Knowledge of ETABS, RC Building, RAPT, SpaceGass highly valued.
  • Delivering projects across various sectors including residential, health, education, commercial and industrial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team ethic to work collaboratively across functional groups.
  • Familiarity with financial management of projects.
