Your Role as an Electrical Project Manager As our Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
You'll enjoy autonomy while collaborating with a team dedicated to innovation and results.
What You'll Do: Inspire and guide project teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
Assign tasks, set performance expectations and monitor work progress.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost overruns.
Prepare project budgets and forecasts while ensuring cost-effective resource utilisation.
Engage stakeholders through clear, effective communication and strategic planning.
The ability to implement a project design from the customer's perspective and transfer this into a technical solution.
Solve challenges with innovative, proactive solutions.
Monitor project milestones and ensure all documentation aligns with safety and quality standards.

What You Need: Relevant experience/qualifications in Electrical Project Management or 3+ years demonstrated electrical experience as a qualified tradesperson (experience in construction and commercial sectors preferable).
PMP Certification (highly desirable).
Experience using job tracking software (i.e.
Sim PRO)Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
