The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth by engaging with our community, generating high-quality sales leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your skills and dedication will make a tangible impact on the lives of our members, empowering them to reach new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute proactively to sales growth through strategic outreach and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community engagement and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve lead contact targets via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Design and implement memorable member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth club operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Pursue active involvement in member retention programmes, motivating members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to foster a sense of community and encourage continued participation.

Requirements

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Problem-solving mindset to provide effective solutions for potential members.
  • Exceptional communication skills to inspire action and motivate individuals.
  • Drive to continuously seek innovative ways to excel and improve performance.
  • Collaborative team player able to rally behind shared goals and celebrate successes.
  • Customer-focused approach to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
