The Role:

This position is responsible for taking a commercially savvy approach to the leadership of our city businesses. The role will develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve operations, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic business master plans for the city businesses.

\

- Drive growth for the city businesses by implementing infrastructure upgrades, marketing initiatives, operational improvements, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

\

- Deliver capital projects and works in accordance with sound project management methodology, budget, resourcing, and duration.

\

Requirements:

\

- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role (e.g., degree in business management or similar)

\

- Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC) or willingness to obtain

\

- Demonstrated leadership experience including the ability to develop and maintain a positive team culture, effectively manage staff performance, and identify and nurture talent.
