Finance Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to transition into the commercial finance space, leveraging their expertise to drive business success.

As a key business partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and growth within our high-performing FP&A / commercial function. This role allows you to be an integral part of the organisation, fostering strong relationships and driving collaborative decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations is necessary, along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

You will work collaboratively with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop and maintain 3-way modelling and cashflow management systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely insights.

The responsibilities of this role include becoming an integral business partner across the organisation, developing and maintaining 3-way modelling and cashflow management systems, creating monthly profit estimates, closely collaborating with the Finance team and external stakeholders to manage ongoing forecasting, budgeting, and process development, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual or redundant tasks, maintaining reporting templates in Excel and data models, and working collaboratively with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.
