Commercial and Finance Advisory Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a commercial and finance advisory specialist. As an integral member of our Defence practice, you will work closely with clients to provide expert guidance on complex procurement and corporate finance matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior partners and directors on policy, strategy, and transaction questions.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial advice and project management services.
  • Providing expertise on financial and contractual requirements for capability acquisition and utilising private capital.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in commercial advisory and/or transaction/project management.
  • Australian citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Prior experience in complex procurement and/or corporate finance, with a willingness to grow Defence domain expertise.
