About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of subcontractors on site, reporting directly to the Construction Manager.
  • Ensure construction projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with the Construction Procedural Manual and complete required documentation.

Requirements

  • Experienced professional with a solid background as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and implement solutions.
  • Strong commitment to implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Certificate 4 in Building Construction is advantageous.
