Job Overview

Making a difference in the lives of individuals and families who need mental health support is our priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • We provide high-quality clinical services, including assessment and referral, evidence-based individual and family counseling, and case management.
  • Risk assessment and safety planning are completed during intake calls and follow up action is taken.
  • Quality assurance principles and procedures are applied to ensure clinical practice meets contractual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's level Counselling qualification with registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or 4.
  • Experience in delivering individual counselling sessions in a mental health setting.
  • Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance must be obtained prior to commencement.
