About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new products, processes, and systems for car and home insurance, leveraging your expertise in the insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with business unit representatives to ensure seamless program initiation, governance, development, and deployment.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and drive innovation in customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of programs and projects, maintaining compliance with AAL project governance structures and applicable internal and external risk, audit, and compliance frameworks.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales or distribution, with a strong interest in transitioning into a business delivery role.
  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in car and home insurance, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales and servicing systems and processes, with the ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and foster productive relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation in customer experience and deliver results-driven solutions.
