The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event logistics plans to ensure seamless operations from warehouse to venue.
  • Lead by example in the physical setup and breakdown of event installations, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and safely transport equipment using your HR Truck License.
  • Manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments for cohesive event management.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in event operations with expertise in managing large-scale events.
  • Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck License.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems and practices.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with a strong emphasis on team development.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to dynamic event schedules and locations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and team members.
