Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management and order fulfilment systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
  • Identify and resolve order delays by tracking backlog issues and working with the logistics team.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate better terms to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure that cost data from Unleashed is accurately reflected in P&L statements and that costs are effectively managed.
  • Assist in automating stock replenishment and reporting systems, allowing for data-driven inventory control and cost optimisation.

Bonus and Incentive Structure

Earn quarterly performance bonuses for achieving increases in gross profit (GP) and reducing total costs incurred from product damages, refunds, and replacements.
