At the forefront of asset management and maintenance, we're looking for a skilled leader to drive our operations in NSW.

We've established a strategic partnership with the Department of Defence across the Defence Fuels Network for asset management, operations, and maintenance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to national security requirements.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of various assets and sites throughout NSW.

  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and approximately 10 trades and operators.
  • Ensure the delivery of operations and maintenance aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve timely and effective delivery of asset management plans.
  • Take ownership of budget performance and contribute to annual business planning and reporting.
  • Promote best practice health, safety, security, and environmental management across all sites.

Based out of North Sydney, with regular travel required to sites near Sydney and some regional locations.

Key attributes include extensive experience working in petrochemicals, oil and gas or similar industries, as well as proven experience in operations or maintenance management.
