Job Description

The Engagement Leader will be a key member of our professional learning team, working collaboratively with colleagues to inspire and support students. We are seeking an experienced educator who is passionate about leadership and committed to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a leader. You will be responsible for leading our community to ensure differentiation and accommodation of students with a range of abilities and learning needs.

We are looking for someone who is able to integrate faith and life within the curriculum, and has a strong commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school. If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about education, we would love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of current thinking and research into learning diversity and NCCD compliance;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to effectively use data to inform the teaching and learning of students;
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children;
  • Hold current VIT registration;
  • Be accredited to teach Religious Education.
