We are seeking a senior professional to lead our locomotive fleet maintenance team in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the commercial contract of the fleet, ensuring customer requirements are met and financial performance targets are exceeded.
  • Own production planning and scheduling, ensuring labour, facilities and materials are available to complete work efficiently.
  • Work with maintenance providers to schedule modifications, maintenance, repair and service, minimizing rolling stock downtime and maintaining scheduled operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in Rail.
  • Previous experience within rail as a Fleet Manager / Lead or Senior Rolling Stock Engineer.
  • A customer-focused individual who is team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
