Program Officer Role

We are seeking a Program Officer to support the delivery of training accreditation services across Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves providing operational and administrative support to the accreditation program, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and developing resources for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with committees to facilitate effective governance and succession planning
  • Coordinate administrative functions for accreditation, including report compilation and site visits
  • Deliver training, advice, and support to various stakeholders, including training providers and directors of education
  • Maintain accurate communications and provide transparent information
  • Contribute to projects and policy development to enhance accreditation operations
  • Provide secretariat support to committees involved in accreditation processes
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Business or administration qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in delivering professional client and secretariat services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and influence
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • IT capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video/teleconferencing platforms
