Dental Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee daily clinic operations in a well-established dental practice.
In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Dentist and support staff, reporting directly to the Practice Development Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Lead Dentist and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
