About VET Quality and Policy Division

The VET Quality and Policy Division supports industry engagement in the national vocational education and training (VET) system, enabling access to quality skills, training and employment services.

The Role:

  • This role is part of a team that develops and implements policies to support industry engagement in the VET system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with industry stakeholders to promote effective collaboration.
  2. Develop and provide policy advice on VET system performance.
  3. Communicate and engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

Key Functions:

  • Monitor and report on VET system performance at various levels.
  • Support the development and implementation of work/project plans and strategies.

Qualifications and Education:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.

Australian Citizenship Requirement:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen or in the process of obtaining citizenship.
