We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee remedial construction projects across Sydney.

About the Role

This role requires a skilled and motivated individual to manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple remedial projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
  • Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and project timelines are met.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Report progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A trade background, preferably with carpentry qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager with a remedial builder.
  • Strong technical knowledge of remedial construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently.
