Site Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Site Security Specialist to join our team in a FIFO site on a full-time basis.
This is a dynamic and challenging role offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of security services in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guarding and monitoring assigned sites, responding to incidents and emergencies, and conducting access control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guards and monitors assigned sites to ensure safety and security of people, property, and assets
- Responds to and manages incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations in a timely and professional manner
- Conducts access control and visitor management procedures for site staff and contractors
- Maintains detailed incident and shift logs
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and vigilant approach to security
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
