Property Consultant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend open inspections and auctions to showcase properties and provide exceptional client service
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on purchasing or selling property
  • Prospect, list, and sell properties through effective marketing strategies
  • Manage and deliver exceptional client service and management skills
  • Ensure timely delivery of settlements and outstanding results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in real estate (essential)
  • Current Real Estate License- Certificate IV in property services
  • Experience in working with CRM systems - Agent Box (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of legislation around listing and selling property
