Job Opportunity: Explosive Ordnance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Explosive Ordnance Engineer to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and be embedded within a vibrant team on multi-million dollar projects at the cutting edge of Defence munitions and sovereign capability creation.

About the Role:

This is a critical role that requires a high degree of technical expertise and strategic thinking. As an Explosive Ordnance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing weapon plans, planning, preparing, and developing weapon integration activities. You will also support financial management, risk management, and reporting, as well as develop future capabilities and provide strategic support.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing weapon plans and strategies
  • Planning and preparing weapon integration activities
  • Supporting financial management and risk management
  • Developing future capabilities and providing strategic support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
