**Job Description:**

As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the execution of laboratory systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue improvements of processes including system security, data integrity, configuration, master data definition, and data contextualization.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with global procedures, standards, design/validation documentation, and training documents relating to the implementation and lifecycle of lab systems, instruments, and interfaces.

You will also oversee the maintenance, change control, and life-cycle activities of laboratory equipment/instrument and system support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies for laboratory execution systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with global procedures and standards
  • Oversee maintenance, change control, and life-cycle activities of laboratory equipment/instrument and system support

**Requirements:**

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant scientific discipline is required. An advanced degree is preferred. You must have at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing quality management in a cGMP environment, as well as 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory processes.

Experience influencing the industry through publications and presentations is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels through clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication skills is essential.
