Lead Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to join our creative studio in Carlton, VIC.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, technical expertise in design software, and the ability to deliver creative assets from concept to finished product.

Daily Tasks:

  • Create and develop designs for print products, packaging, publications, and digital marketing.
  • Design layouts, graphics, and typography for books, editorial features, and campaigns.
  • Produce creative assets for websites, email, and social media (static and video).
  • Produce product photography and videography in our in-house photoshoot studio.
  • Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret briefs and deliver design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for campaign and product launches.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience), as well as 3–5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer in publishing, media, e-commerce, or creative agency.
