Job Title

We are seeking a creative and innovative Visual Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping campaign ideas and bringing visual concepts to life with clarity, consistency and flair.

The ideal candidate will have confidence in their craft, strategic thinking, and be collaborative by nature. They will bring a digital-first lens to creative challenges and be hungry to explore new technologies, storytelling formats and platforms.

Our organization operates on a Brand Operating System, which means we build robust brand platforms with ownable assets, and then automate and industrialise the execution of advertising and drive constant improvement.

The successful candidate will lead visual execution across integrated, digital-first campaigns, develop strategic design solutions that meet client and brand objectives, and take ownership of creative quality, consistency and polish across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual strategies that meet client and brand objectives
  • Take ownership of creative quality, consistency and polish across all outputs
  • Lead visual execution across integrated, digital-first campaigns
  • Create engaging design systems, layouts, and visual storytelling elements
  • Guide junior creatives to uphold executional standards and campaign alignment
