Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless hearing care experience.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage client appointments, confirm bookings, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Government Funding and Rebates: Assist clients in determining their entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of maintenance programs and ensure ongoing support.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for day-to-day clinic operations, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education and Qualifications: Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.
- Work Visa: A valid visa to work in Australia.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
