As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you will deliver professional and customer-focused workers' compensation claims service for all SA clients.
Your role will involve resolving disputes expeditiously and fairly, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring best practice claims outcomes are achieved.
You will work autonomously, influencing/negotiating win-win outcomes, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Maintaining compliance with relevant Acts and RTWSA Instructions to Claims Agents is also key to your success.
We value employees who have prior experience in workers' compensation claims and/or dispute management.
Excellent communication skills, a high level of time management, and organisational skills are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality customer service to internal customers, injured workers, employers, and legal representatives.
- Undertake tasks associated with the preparation of SAET conferences.
- Liaise with internal parties to obtain information relevant to active disputes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts and RTWSA Instructions to Claims Agents.
