Luxury Construction Career Starter

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to support our team in the luxury residential construction sector.
This exciting role offers an excellent chance for someone with 1–2 years of experience or a recent graduate to build a career in high-end construction.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and scopes of work
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Process purchase orders and variations
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Support the team with tendering and procurement
- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role OR a relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, QS, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and a willingness to learn
- Passion for high-end residential construction
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Buildxact, Cheops or similar – a plus, not essential)
- A reputable luxury residential builder
- Hands-on mentoring and career development
