This is an incredible opportunity to work for a community equipment services provider, who will support you to be the best you can be in your chosen field.
You will be delivering and installing health-related products, providing life-enhancing equipment, a second-to-none customer service experience, and assurance that our organisation is trusted and reliable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business and participate in an emergency on-call rota.
About the Role:- Delivering, collecting, installing and repairing healthcare equipment
- Demonstrating the use and functionality of the equipment to our customers
- Providing exceptional customer-facing service with care, empathy, integrity and kindness
- Driving to customers' homes, acting in a respectful, polite and approachable manner
- Basic DIY tasks
- Enhancing the lives of our customers by providing medical and care equipment and a first-class service with every home visit
- You must have a full UK driving licence (minimum of 3 years)
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business and participate in an emergency on-call rota
