As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering vehicles to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Providing top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Assisting with vehicle logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Preparing cars for hire, including thorough detailing of the vehicle's interior and exterior
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support
