Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Professional to support our operations in the mining technology industry.
Main Responsibilities- Partner closely with Site Account Managers to support customer projects and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage service requests with accuracy using SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, service, logistics, and operations to keep projects on track.
- 1-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles or administration from industries such as automotive, aviation, electrical construction, medical manufacturing, logistics, or those interested in mining technology.
- Comfortable with IT systems and software, organised, and detail-focused with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
