Role Snapshot

As the Customer Engagement Coordinator, you'll bring your experience in customer service and complex supply chains to support daily operation of outgoing logistics, whilst providing sales and administration support. We offer flexibility for the right candidates and therefore this role can be full-time, part-time or casual depending on your needs.

Key activities include:

· Accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including amendments, call-ups, cancellations and payments

· Responding to all customer interactions in a warm and engaging manner

· Complaint handling support

· Communicating with Account Managers regarding order information and product availability

· Transport planning and scheduling support

· Supporting the roll out of customer experience initiatives

What we're looking for:

· Exceptional customer service delivery

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships

· Excellent organisation and prioritising skills

· Demonstrated proficiency in inventory / order management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics

· Solid background and knowledge of logistics and transport processes

· Strong administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Amazing telephone manner

· Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms and AI would be advantageous
