- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support (EBSS) service.">
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the EBSS service, promoting rehabilitation and reducing crime in the community.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Suitability Assessments: Provide high-quality court advice and support suitability assessments.">
- Practice Guidance: Deliver practice guidance and operational support in a collaborative co-case management model.">
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage complex care teams.">
- Training and Policy: Provide feedback on training, policy, and practice evaluation and improvement processes.">
- Team Management: Oversee a small team of Case Officers responsible for electronic monitoring and case support work.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is desirable.">
- Full Victorian driver's licence is required due to travel needs.">
- Current Employee Working with Children Check card is required.">
