Enhanced Bail Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an Enhanced Bail Support Specialist to lead and support our team in delivering high-quality services to young people on bail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships by coordinating care teams and managing complex care team practice
- Provide expert advice and guidance on suitability assessments and electronic monitoring
- Lead case support work with young people and their families, ensuring effective co-case management
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training programs and policy evaluation processes
- Oversight and supervision of Case Officers responsible for conducting case support work
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is highly desirable
- Full Victorian driver's licence required due to travel within the state
- Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card required
